The Orchestra of the Eastern Shore Performance

The Orchestra of the Eastern Shore will perform on Friday March 4 th at 7:30 pm at
the Market Street Methodist Church in Onancock. (Please note the new venue)
The second performance will be on March 6 th at 4:00 pm at Hungars Episcopal
Church in Bridgetown. The concert entitled “Passion” will include Purcell’s Dido
and Aeneas- When I am laid in earth featuring Marilyn Kellam, mezzo soprano.
Other works to be performed are Haydn’s Symphony No. 49 “La passione”,
Schubert’s “ Ave Maria”, and Weber’s “Clarinet Concertino” with Kevin Schwenk
playing the clarinet. Masks and full vaccination are required per protocols of the
Orchestra. Admission is free however donations are appreciated.
