Mr. Todd Parks passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 63.
Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Kristen Wheatly and her husband, Lewis, and Amber Brown; a sister, Michelle McCready and her husband, Paul; four brothers, Rick, Mike and wife, Tina, Kim and wife, Maureen, and Gary and wife, Dixie; four grandchildren, Brandon, Brody, Brayden, and Bailey, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Todd grew up on Tangier Island, worked as a commercial fisherman, and crewed on tug boats. He spent the past 10 years on the Eastern Shore with his partner, Deb. He will be missed.
