Mrs. Eliza Hartman Cox was born on April 6, 1931, in Bridgetown, to Clarence Nottingham and Mary Floyd Churn. The Lord called her home on June 3, 2025.
Eliza was a 1948 graduate of Northampton High School. She resided in Florida for the past 20 years.
Eliza is survived by her daughter and her husband, Kathy and John Hall, of Florida; a son and his wife, Billy and Karen Hartman, of Maryland, and a son, Ricky Hartman and his girlfriend, Laura Goga, of Virginia.
A celebration of life service will be held at Capeville United Methodist Church on July 26 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Life Christian Church, 4701 E. CR 462, Wildwood, FL 34785.
