A celebration of life for Mr. William Duke Matthews, better known as Dukie, will be held at the worship center at Camp Occohannock on the Bay, 9403 Camp Lane, Belle Haven, VA 23306 on Saturday, July 27, at 2 p.m.
There will be a reception following his service at the Exmore Moose Lodge #683, 15315 Merry Cat Lane, Belle Haven, VA 23306.
