Mr. Warner Thomas “Tommy” Smith, 68, of Patrick Springs, Va., passed away on April 26, 2023, at his residence.
Born on June 10, 1954, in Nassawadox, he was the son of the late John Thomas Smith and the late Virginia Frances Young Smith. A graduate of Onancock High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar and piano. Tommy also enjoyed drawing, reading, and doing research.
Tommy is survived by his brother, Harry Scott “Scotty” Smith and wife, Kim, of Parksley; three nieces, Courtney Smith, Shelby Mullans and her husband, John, and Mallory Smith; and a great-niece, Penny Mullans.
Funeral services will be private.
Arrangements are by the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley.
