Bill is survived by his sons, William “Billy” Wayne Fox and his girlfriend, Angie Scherer, and Christopher Jason Fox and his fiancée Kristin Teschner, all of Chincoteague; his sister, Lucille Fox and her long-time partner, Bruce Scott, both of Chincoteague; his four grandchildren, William Wayne Fox II and his wife, Annah Fox, of Chincoteague, Kristin Paige Sherman and her husband, Joseph Sherman, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, Christopher Joseph Fox, of Orlando, Fla., and Kyle Blacksher, of Chincoteague; and his great-grandson, William “Liam” Wayne Fox III.
