Mr. John David Peccia, 71, of Pocomoke City, passed away in Salisbury, Md., on Monday, Nov. 24, 2025.

He was born on Aug. 19, 1954, in Norfolk, to the late James Donald Peccia and Eve Vera Peccia.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Deb; his brother, Jim Peccia (Christine), of Greenwood, Ind.; his sister, Judy Fuher (Bill, deceased), of Santa Barbara, Calif.; his sister, Laurie Duprey (Mickey, deceased), of Norfolk; and his brother, Joseph Peccia (Donna), of Lake Worth, Fla.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his brothers, Ron (Dawn) and Donald (Stephanie).

Attendees are invited to wear either John’s favorite color, red, or the Packers’ colors of green and gold to the memorial service, which will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Holloway Funeral Home, 107 Vine St., Pocomoke City. Those attending are also welcome to share a joke from John as part of the memories offered. Relatives and friends are welcome to gather at Holloway Funeral Home at 1 p.m. for visitation.

John will be interred at Pitts Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery. A light reception will be held at Pitts Creek Presbyterian Church, 210 Market St., Pocomoke City, immediately following the service.
