Mr. Charles C. Martin, 74, departed this life on March 27, 2024.
There will be a viewing on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Smith and Scott Funeral Home, 3204 Main St., Exmore. The celebration of life service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
