Mrs. Rochelle E. Blowe Ndiongue, 40, was born on April 6, 1982, in Norfolk to the late Robert Earl Blowe and Dorothy “Elaine” Taylor Blowe. She was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 24, 2023 at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, Md.
“Ro,” as she was affectionately known by family and friends, was a 2000 graduate of Tallwood High School in Virginia Beach. Upon graduation, she gained her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. In later years, she earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Norfolk State University, a Master of Science nursing (MSN) and master’s of health administration (MHA) both from University of Maryland Global Campus, and she was currently pursuing studies toward becoming a nurse practitioner (NP). Rochelle was a registered nurse with the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Washington, D.C. She was also a founder & CEO RN LOGICS Inc. Healthcare Consulting Services.
She worshipped at Metropolitan A. M. E. Church in Norfolk. In later years, she joined Rock Springs A. M. E. Zion Church in Fayetteville, N.C. after her relocation due to her mother’s job transfer. Rochelle was very active in the youth ministries. After relocating to Frederick, Md., she attended Ebenezer U. M. Church.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March, 7, 2023, at the Chapel of Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with the Rev. Morris Allmond officiating. Interment was in the Metropolitan Bayside Community Cemetery, Onancock.
Left to cherish her loving memory are her beloved little children, Laliah, Zahra, and Amir; their father, Cheikh; grandmother, Dorothy T. White; two aunts, Phyllis T. Wessells and Vanessa T. Copeland; two uncles, Edward L. Taylor Jr. and Leander S. Roberts Jr.; one great-aunt, Bernice E. Anderson; uncles, Roy Custis and William Lee Custis; and a host of wonderful cousins and friends.
Arrangements were by the Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac.
