Wife, mother, avid gardener, homemaker, lover of life, Mrs. Pamela George Barnes, 62, of Pocomoke City, Md., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loved ones who will continue to honor her by living their lives to the fullest. Pam grew up in Harford County, Md., and has lived in Worcester County, Md., for over 35 years. She met her husband, Chuck Barnes, in 1990 and they were married in October 1991.

She is survived by her loving husband, Chuck; their adoring son, Dylan Tyler; their adorable Jack Russell, Molly; her mother, Annette George; brothers, Ronnie and Greg George; sister, Karen March; and many nieces and nephews. Pam is preceded in death by her father, Ronald George Sr.

Pam found joy in taking care of her gardens and spending time with friends and family. She had a love for swimming and the ocean, and she especially loved her time in her beautiful pool. Pam saw the beauty in things, she knew what to say to make you feel better, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand. Pam was one of a kind and will truly be missed by all. Rest in peace, sweet child of God.
