Ms. Deborah A. Williams, 64, of Parksley, departed this life Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at her residence.

Born in Washington, D.C., she was the beloved daughter of the late John A. and Blanche Edwards Williams.

Deborah attended Washington, D.C., public schools, graduating from McKinley Technical School, class of 1976. She graduated from Strayer University with a degree in Information technology. She was proud of her numerous career endeavors, all of which she excelled in, including animal care attendant, medical assistant, and IT help desk professional.

Deborah was a lifetime devoted member of Saint Paul A.M.E. Church, and was later affiliated with Reid Temple A.M.E. Church in Washington, D.C. Upon her relocation to the Eastern Shore, she often attended Adams United Methodist Church in Parksley.

Graveside services were held Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Adams U.M. Cemetery, Parksley, with the Rev. Milton P. Bunting officiating.

Deborah is survived by a loving and devoted family: brother, Maurice Albert Williams; nephew, Sean Anthony Williams; niece, Kelly Williams Brown; great-nieces; Gabrielle, Sydney, Sascha, Meirav, and Salome; cousin and sister-friend, Karen White; aunt, Marjorie Green; cousins, Jason Green and Andrea “Bernie” McDonald; lifelong friends, Gwendolyn Moore and Val Corbin; adopted daughter, Diana Charles; and honorary grandchildren, Sharon, Jordan, and Gabriella. She will be forever missed by her beloved dogs, Mickey and Minnie. She is now reunited at the rainbow bridge with her beloved Rottweiler, Sasha.

Arrangements were by the Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac.
