Mr. Thomas Edward Brown Jr., 79, of Chincoteague, died Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born in Baltimore on April 6, 1943, a son to the late Emma Bielefeld and the late Thomas Edward Brown Sr. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Gisela Brown, and a daughter, Shannon Brown.
He graduated from Johns Hopkins University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Tom retired from A & N Electric Cooperative as an electrical engineer. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, metal detecting, and was an avid HAM radio operator.
He is survived by his wife, Faith; daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Nathan Green; mother-in-law, Loretta Hornberger; and friend, Joseph Gray.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 186, Oak Hall, VA 23416.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
