Mr. Craig Kenneth Romines, 67, of Temperanceville, passed away suddenly on Dec. 10, 2021, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Nassawadox March 25, 1954, a son to the late Clyde and Helen (Thornton) Romines. He graduated from Chincoteague High School with the class of 1975. He served in the U.S. Army during the time of the Grenada Invasion. You could see his smiling face, joking laugh, and helping ways at Church Street Supply where he has worked for over eight years.

He was a member of Union Baptist Church.

Craig is survived by his loving spouse of 25 years, Sue Romines, of Temperanceville; sister, Kathy Killmon, of Elizabeth City, N.C.; two sisters-in-law, Donna Reid Romines, of Wallops Island, and Sarah Wimbrow and her husband, Norman, of Franklin, Ky.; three nieces, Karen LaLonde and her husband, Jeff, of Hertford, N.C., Norma Zebert and her husband, William, of Franklin, and Kathy Duvall, of Franklin; nephew, Brian Frederick Romines Jr., of Wallops Island; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and his Church Street Supply family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Brian Frederick Romines Sr.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, Dec. 17, 2021, at 6 p.m., at the Salyer Funeral Home Inc. on Chincoteague Island.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eastern Shore SPCA, P.O. Box 264, Melfa, VA 23410.
