The Woman’s Club of Accomack County Holding a Candidate’s Forum

The Woman’s Club of Accomack County will be holding a candidate’s forum on Thursday, September 19 at 1:00 pm at the Carrie Watson Clubhouse on Richmond Avenue in Onley.
To date the following candidates will be in attendance:
Connie Burford and Janet Turner, School Board; Elizabeth Lankford, Senate; Phillip Hernandez, Delegate; James Lilliston and Brandy Childress, Treasurer; Miriam Riggs, Howard “Jackie” Phillips and Harris Phillips, Board of Supervisors.
Each candidate will speak for a few minutes followed by a time for questions.  The public is invited to attend.
Be an informed voter. Elections will be held on November 5, 2019.
