A Psychiatrist’s Experience with Neurofeedback.
Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled its next seminar, “A Psychiatrist’s Experience with Neurofeedback.” The free 90-minute seminar will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 8 in the Lecture Hall of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
Hogan Pesaniello will share what she has learned in her journey from ignorance of and skepticism about neurofeedback to not wanting to practice without it. She will describe neurofeedback and how is used for psychiatric, post-concussive, and migraine symptoms, and demonstrate the procedure.
Pesaniello is a psychiatrist in private practice in Snow Hill, MD. She is board certified in psychiatry and BCIA-certified in neurofeedback, which she introduced into her practice 10 years ago.
