Chili/Chowder Cookoff Car Show
September 28, 2019
Car show registration is from 10am – noon (no early registration required) and is $10 per vehicle. There are no classes and all cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats etc. are welcome to participate. The first 50 attendees will receive a commemorative dash plaque. All participants of the car show and attendees of the cookoff are eligible to vote. Voting concludes at 2pm and 30 People’s Choice trophies and 3 higher level trophies (Mayor’s Choice, Fire Company Choice and Best In Show) will be awarded at the band stand at 3pm.
All proceeds from the car show benefit the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company’s Scholarship Fund.
Come share your vehicle, sample delicious chilis and chowders, enjoy live entertainment and cheer on the participants of the Little Miss Chili Pepper and Mr. Hot Stuff competition all on a fall day on the beautiful land across the water, Chincoteague Island.
