TOPIC: An illustrated presentation on Bird Photography
GUEST SPEAKER: Budd George teaches nature photography at the Academy for
Lifetime Learning and leads nature photography workshops.
LOCATION: The Hermitage, 23610 North Street, Onancock, VA
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
George Budd, a well-known nature photographer on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, will
give a one hour presentation on bird photography at the Eastern Shore Bird Club
meeting on January 8, 2019. This illustrated talk emphasizes challenges typically
encountered when on a bird watching walk, such as a backlit song bird against a bright
sky or a flying osprey. He will orient his talk for those having a range of equipment from
digital single lens reflex to point and shoot cameras. George Budd teaches nature
photography at the Academy for Lifetime Learning and leads nature photography
workshops.
The public is invited to this hour long free event.
