Mrs. Tara Winslow Taylor passed away on Oct. 19, 2025, in Mardela Springs, Md.
Tara was born on Nov. 23, 1977, and grew up on Chincoteague Island, later moving to Atlantic with her mom and dad until she met the love of her life, Matthew Taylor.
After her marriage to Matt, she moved to Mardela Springs, where she enjoyed being a housewife, mother, and a die-hard Packers fan.
Other than her husband, Matt, Tara leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Billie Ann Horner; her son, Logan Adkins (Tamara); her daughter, Trinity Adkins; her stepfather, Lawrence Horner; her father, Carl Lee Clark; her stepmother, Jeranna Cowger; her stepbrother, Brian Winslow; her grandmother, Peggy Thomas; her aunts, JoSue Carroll, Cathy Fleming, Kitty Pickavance, and Tammy Riley; her uncle, Tommy Clark; and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
There was a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., on Chincoteague Island, with Mr. Enright officiating.
