Mrs. Cheryl Hines DeBeaubien passed away on Aug. 24, 2025, at her home in Atlantic, surrounded by her loved ones.
A celebration of life service for Cheryl will be conducted Saturday, Sept. 27, at 5 p.m., at Covenant Church Chincoteague, 4028 Main St., Chincoteague, VA 23336, with Pastor Steven Liscum officiating.
