Mr. Kenneth Moore Webb, 84, passed away at his residence on Friday, May 16, 2025. His parents were the late Jack Moore Webb and the late Carrie Haizlip Webb.
Kenneth was a teacher at Northampton County schools for 35 years and was an active coach until he retired in 1999. He was an active member of Johnson’s United Methodist Church in Machipongo, where he was a faithful servant and served in many areas of the church.
He is survived by his wife, Fay Webb, to whom he was married for over 60 years. He is also survived by his son, Kirk Webb and his wife, Kristin; six grandchildren, Tyler Webb (Lauren), Hunter Webb (Lizzy), Taylor Webb Hall (Wade), Kennedy Webb Mott (Sam), Chandler Webb, and Gabe Webb (Olivia); two great-granddaughters, Bridgette and Harriet Webb; and his daughter-in-law, Tabi Webb.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was predeceased by his son, John Scott Webb.
A funeral service will be held at Johnson’s United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 14, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Curtis Lucy officiating.
