Mrs. Mary Virginia Giddens, of Birdsnest, born Sept. 17, 1933, to the late Josh Hampton and the late Catherine Collins Hampton, departed this life on Jan. 7.
A service will be conducted from Bethel Baptist Church in Franktown on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Wilbert Adams officiating.
Visitation and a viewing will be held on Friday, Jan. 12, at the John O. Morris Funeral Home in Nassawadox from 5 to 7 p.m.
