A commemorative, engraved cup was presented to the family of Paul Muhly by the Eastern Shore Groundwater Committee for the annual Groundwater Award. It was given in appreciation of Muhly’s service to the committee and the Eastern Shore.
The award was accepted by his daughter, Alexandra Muhly.
