Mr. Paul Good Horning, 94, was born in Berks County, Pa., to Paul Brendle (Papa) Horning and Luella Good Horning.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Daniels Horning, and his son, Clinton Arthur Horning.
Paul is survived by four nieces and six nephews and his soulmate, Lola Bailey, of Virginia.
Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.
He operated a retail garden supply store and nursery in Bellair Bluffs, Fla., for 12 years and worked for 24 years as district sales manager in Florida for the Ferti-Lome company. Paul retired in Florida and moved to Cape Charles in 2011.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 8, at 2 p.m., at Cheriton Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Charlie Peterson officiating.
