Mrs. Ann Williams Scott, 95, wife of the late Stewart Scott and a resident of Onancock, passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Alice B. Tawes Nursing and Rehabilitation in Crisfield, Md.
Born Dec. 29, 1930, in Machipongo and raised in Cape Charles, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Hobson Williams and Ampire Belda Williams.
She is survived by her son, Davis Scott and his wife, Cammie; her grandchildren, Kevin Scott and his wife, Danielle, Kelly Scott and her fiancé, Travis, Chase Scott and his wife, Katey, and Luke Scott and his wife, Kristen; as well as six great-grandchildren and one on the way.
In addition to her husband and parents, Ann was predeceased by her son, Stewart “Scotty” Scott Jr., and her siblings, Elizabeth, Eddie, and Charlie.
