Mr. Charles C. Saddler III, age 69, of Erlanger, Ky., passed away on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025.
He was born on Sept. 21, 1956, in Abilene, Texas, to Charles Clark and Virginia Anne Saddler (née Berg).
Charles was a former volunteer at Cape Charles Fire Department and a former town manager for the town of Cape Charles.
