Mr. Todd Michael Collins, 61, of Machipongo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, at his home in Vaucluse Shores.
Born June 17, 1964, in Nassawadox, he was the son of Thomas Michael Collins and Betty Taylor Collins.
He was previously employed by Bagwell Oil Company, Cape Charles, and Bundick Well and Pump, Painter.
Todd loved gardening, cooking, bird watching, fishing, and cheering on his beloved Miami Dolphins for many, many years.
He is survived by his sons, William “Bud” H. Collins and his wife, Dynomeke “Deedee” Hunter, of Cape Charles, and Nicholas “Nick” T. Collins and his wife, LesAlina “Lina” Collins, of Oak Harbor, Wash.; his two grandchildren, William Collins and Willow Collins; his sister, Theresa C. Diggs and his brother-in-law, Andrew J. Diggs, of Machipongo; his two nieces, Kaitlyn T. Diggs, of Portland, Ore., and Adrienne L. Diggs (fiancé Nicholas “Nick” Corbin), of LaJolla, Calif.; and his lifelong best friend, Brian Heath, of Kiptopeke.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
