Mrs. Carolle Jayne Aldinger, of Chincoteague, passed away on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, at the age of 82.
She was the wife of her late husband, Herman Glenn Aldinger. She was born July 13, 1943, in Pennsylvania, and her parents were the late Lionell and Francis Lillian Stevens Stanley.
She was a psychologist for many years and a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her children, Steve, Scott, Craig Aldinger, Eric Fike, Kimberly Hodges, Susan Aldinger, and Holly Warner; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Jenkins Bridge, on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 11 a.m. Father Robert Coniglio and Linda Scholer will officiate.
