Mr. Anthony (Tony) Joseph Ziolkowski, 86, of Pocomoke City, passed away peacefully after a long illness on April 14, 2025, in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Tony was born on June 25, 1938, in Baltimore, to Paul and Agnes Ziolkowski. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Tony was a hard-working and fun-loving man. He worked as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Baltimore for 34 years. In his retirement he worked for the Walmart in Pocomoke City. His coworkers, nieces, and nephews remember him dressing as Santa every year. He enjoyed fishing with his family and friends.
He is survived by his two children, Paul Ziolkowski and his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Austin and Jenz; and Anthony Ziolkowski Jr., and his wife, Michelle, and their son, Asher; his brother, Stanislaus Ziolkowski; Joe Adams and family, Chuck Howell and family, and Dennis Howell and family. A private memorial in Tony’s honor will be held for close friends and family in Baltimore.
