Kinsley Noelle Parks, 4, of Crisfield, Md., tragically passed away on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Del.

Born in Salisbury, Md., on Feb. 15, 2021, she was a daughter of Autumn Rebecca Parks and Jalen Scott Evans, of Crisfield, and Irving Ballard Jr., of Fruitland.

Kinsley was a student in Mrs. Blair Mariano’s Pre-K 3 class at Carter G. Woodson Elementary School in Crisfield.

Kinsley was full of life and loved to have fun. She liked to sing and dance, boss people around, dress up as princesses, go to the trampoline park, and watch her favorite show, Bluey. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed riding on her hoverboard, swimming, going to the park and beach, and boating. Scrapple and hotdogs were her favorite, and she loved cats.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Isabella Kate Saint Val, Brycen Evans, Karter Evans, Makaih Kenney, Kyliel Nock, Jakourie Ballard, and Wynter Ballard; her grandparents and great-grandparents, Stewart Parks, Natalie Parks, Jessica Howell, Darin Parkinson, Rita Parkinson, James “JP” Parkinson, Lorie Whidbee, Laurie Evans, and Connie Parks; her aunts and uncles, Sophia Parkinson, Matthew Smith, Nathan Click, Jay Click, Will Parks, Russ Parks, and Ikerii Ballard; her special aunt, Elizabeth Landon; numerous cousins; and her babysitter who was more like family, Melinda Dowden.

Funeral services at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home will be held on Saturday, March 8, at 1 p.m. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Andy Cobb will officiate. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
