Glenda graduated from Onancock High School in 1964 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from MCV in Richmond in 1969. For nearly four decades, she dedicated her life to caring for others as a registered nurse. Her compassion and professionalism left a lasting impact on colleagues and patients alike.
A loving and devoted grandmother, Glenda was happiest when spending time with her grandsons and never missed an opportunity to capture precious moments through her photography. She loved to share these memories with friends, family, and coworkers. She also enjoyed attending her grandson’s sporting events, watching sports on TV, listening to audio books, and solving puzzles. Known for her kind heart and ever-present smile, she touched the lives of all who knew her.
