Chip Choquette, of the Pocomoke City Arrowhead blog and Facebook page, has organized a town hall event featuring the city council candidates on Tuesday, March 26, at 6 p.m. at Pocomoke High School.

It will be a 90-minute question-and-answer event moderated by local talk radio host Mike Bradley of WGMD radio. The session will be followed by a 30-minute opportunity for voters and attendees to converse directly and individually with the candidates.

The event will be livestreamed on Pocomoke Arrowhead’s Facebook page or on YouTube (@pocoarrow).

In District 4, zoning and planning commission member Nola Tullar is running against Brooke Cottman, daughter of former councilwoman Tracey Cottman, who served three terms on council from 2006 to 2015.

In District 5, nine-year incumbent Esther L. Troast is being challenged by her longtime friend and neighbor, businessman C.L. Marshall.
