Mr. Thomas J. Wessells Sr., 83, of Parksley, passed away on Jan. 3, 2024, in Parksley. Born on Nov. 7, 1940, in Modest Town, he was the son of the late Wilson Wessells and the late Virginia Hall Wessells Onley.
Tommy, also known as “Mousey,” worked at convenience stores including Convenience Plus and Antiques Ahead. He loved NASCAR and was an avid Eagles fan.
Thomas is survived by a son, Thomas J. Wessells Jr. (Missy), of Melfa; grandchildren, TK and Andy Wessells; and his best friend, Don Harmon.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Wessells.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are by the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley.
