Mrs. Jeanette Lynn Berryhill, 48, of Onancock, passed away Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, at Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parksley. Born May 19, 1975, in Nassawadox, she was the daughter of the late David Alan Towles and the late Florence Riddle “Flossie” Towles.
Following high school, Jeanette completed the licensed practical nurse program at the Northampton-Accomack Memorial School of Nursing in Nassawadox. She was always a giver and cared for so many people in her career, but her true love was spending time with her grandchildren. They were the apples of her eye. She loved to show pictures and share stories of her grandbabies.
In addition to her parents, Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, Milton Berryhill, and her granddaughter, Remi Le’Amor Berryhill.
She is survived by her children, Tayah Brooke Berryhill and her husband, Trip Hargis, and Treyce Jayden Berryhill, all of New Church; sister, Megan Mazzola and her husband, Michael, of Mount Airy, Md., and their children, Madison and Matthew; and grandchildren, Jakai Montrail Berryhill and Forever Amour Hargis.
The family will gather for a private graveside service at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery.
