A person was killed in a single vehicle crash involving a pedestrian Wednesday night on Nocks Landing Road in Atlantic, according to police.
Virginia State Police spokesperson Sgt. Michelle Anaya said the crash happened around 6:30 at 32300 Nocks Landing Road. She said as of 8:15 p.m. all lanes of the road were blocked as police investigated the crash.
Police did not release the victim’s name Wednesday night.
