Ms. Carrie Rae Locy, 45, of Washington, Pa., formerly of Jacksonville, Fla., died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2022. She was born in Washington on June 5, 1977, a daughter of Edward Kenneth Locy and the late Susan Marie Crawford Locy. Carrie attended Northampton High School in Eastville. She worked for seniors at home as a nursing assistant.
Carrie loved animals, especially her cats. She found comfort in caring for sick and handicapped ones.
Surviving, in addition to her father, is a son, Jacob Locy, of Virginia; and a sister, Crystal Locy Marshall, and her husband, John, also of Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to your local humane society or SPCA.
