After a cancellation in 2020, and an outdoor-only tour in 2021, Historic Garden Week on the Eastern Shore returned to its full splendor April 29 with homes and gardens both open to visitors. This year’s tour featured four properties: Windingdale, circa 1780, near Belle Haven; The Jeffrey at Shooting Point, a new home completed in 2018, near Machipongo; Eyre Hall, circa 1758, near Cheriton; and  Tower Hill, circa 1746, just outside Cape Charles.
