The Northampton Yellow Jackets girls varsity tennis team hosted Northumberland High School Friday, April 29. The Yellow Jackets won 5-1. Ava Purvis, Laiba Chattha, and Bianca Garza all won their singles matches 8-0. In doubles action, Purvis and Adreana Amicucci teamed up for an 8-3 win and Chattha and Garza won their doubles match 8-0. The Yellow Jackets’ next home tennis match is Wednesday, May 11, against Lancaster High School.
