Three Arrested in Accomack County, Wanted on Charges of Murder, Robbery, Assault in Worcester County, Md.

Three people were arrested in Accomack County in connection to an investigation conducted by the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations, according to Accomack County Sheriff Todd Wessells.
Accomack County deputies executed a search warrant Monday related to the Maryland investigation on a residence in the 29000 block of Tyler Drive in New Church. The occupants, Wendy Dawn Taylor, 46, and Gary Jospeh Fleig, 45, were taken into custody. Taylor was arrested for failure to obey a court order and Fleig was arrested for a probation violation, according to Wessells.
Both are being held in the Accomack County jail with bond denied.
The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Bureau of Investigations notified the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday that Fleig, Taylor, and Coy Edward Bailey, 54, were wanted in Worcester County on charges of attempted first degree murder; assault; arson, burglary, theft, and multiple firearms charges.
Bailey was arrested and also is being held at the Accomack County Jail with bond denied.
The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations and the Virginia State Police.
