Mr. Samuel Dunton Tankard III, of Virginia Beach, passed away Feb. 20, 2021, after a brief illness.
A celebration of his life will be held at Franktown United Methodist Church in Franktown, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at 11:30 a.m.
