Ms. Sarah Goodwyn, of Machipongo, affectionately known by family and friends as “Freshie,” passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Chesapeake, Va., surrounded by her family.
A service will be conducted from the John O. Morris Funeral Chapel, Nassawadox, on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Charles Kellam officiating. Visitation and viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
