Mr. Spencer L. Savage, 85, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of the Shore, ended his journey Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
Born in Accomack County, Spencer was the son of the late John E. Savage Sr. and the late Mary L. Savage. He was affectionately known as “Pen” by his family and friends. In 1964, Spencer began working for Bob Davidson Ford in Baltimore. He worked there as the “new car get ready manager” until his illness and subsequent death.
Private graveside services were held Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Shiloh Baptist Cemetery, Painter, with the Rev. Milton P. Bunting officiating.
Pen leaves to treasure his memories: Eva Bunting, companion; daughters, Angela Austin and Kelley Mack; three grandchildren; two great-grandsons; one brother, the Rev. Charles E. Savage; four nephews; five nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
