Mr. Robert Lee Wilson Sr., 78, of Parksley, departed this life Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, Onancock.
Born in Accomac, Robert was the beloved son of the late Clifton Lingo Wilson and the late Mildred Wilson Wise. Robert was affectionately known as “Buddy” by his family and friends. He worked for many years at Perdue until his retirement.
Private funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at the Chapel of Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with the Rev. Jazmine Brooks officiating.
He leaves his love and fond memories to his children, Terry Wilson, Robert Wilson Jr., and Natisha “Toya” Wilson; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Bailey, Edna Gregg, Barbara Lee, Sharone Johnson, and Teressa Wise; brothers, James Wilson, Ronald Dix, Roy Wise Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
