Mr. Jack C. White passed away at the age of 85, on Oct. 9, 2020. Born in Onley on May 15, 1935, he was the son of the late Irving Linwood “Spilt” and the late Lona May “Kitty” White, of Onley. Jack was retired from White Bros. Plumbing. He served in the Army National Guard in Onancock. He played for the Onley Eagles softball team and enjoyed playing golf with friends. He was an avid bingo player.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Gladys Wrightson and Dorothy Behrens; brothers, William “Bill” White and Herbert White; as well as a nephew, Charles White. He is survived by one brother and his wife, David and Mary Jane White, of Salisbury; nieces, Hilda Flamholts and Marion Smith; nephews, Eddie Wrightson, Joe Wrightson, John Hurlbut, Michael White, and Wayne White; as well as several special cousins.
