Mr. Michael Adams Bundick, 68, of Snow Hill, Md., passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md.

Born Jan. 24, 1952, in Nassawadox, and reared in Bloxom, he was a son of the late Emmett Adams Bundick and Doris Bloxom Bundick. Mr. Bundick had a longtime career with NASA, retiring in senior management for contracts.  He graduated from Parksley High School, Class of 1969, and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor of Science in economics and business.

Mr. Bundick was a Baptist, having attended Modest Town Baptist Church where he was a former assistant organist.  He was a skilled pianist, and greatly enjoyed music. His passion for plants allowed him to grow anything he wanted, with deep knowledge of this art, including Latin names and growing requirements. This longtime hobby commitment provided Mr. Bundick much happiness and peace.

Survivors include two brothers, Mark B. Bundick and wife, Dr. Barbara Bundick, of Woodstock, Ill., and Jonathan E. Bundick and wife, Deborah, of Corinth, Texas; his best friend, Michael J. Carter; great-nieces, Elizabeth and Jenny; and great-niece and great-nephew, Evelyn and Colin.

Funeral services were conducted from the Modest Town Baptist Church, Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020 with the Rev. John Cullop officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
