By Linda Cicoira — The only woman on the Parksley town council accused a town police officer of harassment Monday night during a council session. She reported to town officials and residents that after stopping her vehicle because she didn’t use her turn signal and giving her a warning one night earlier this month, the officer waited two hours, until 12:30 a.m., to come to her door and frantically bang, which scared her parents, who were visiting from Florida. He gave her two tickets, making her total four in a short time. She called for his resignation.
