Mrs. Diana Brown Windsor, 73, of New Church, passed away June 19, 2019, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md.
She was born in Nassawadox, Dec. 6, 1945, to the late Preston Brown and Mildred (Young) Brown.
She was a member of Halls Chapel Church in Sanford.
Mrs. Windsor is survived by her loving spouse of 16 years, Donald Windsor Jr., of New Church; four sons, Chuck Ward and his wife, Carol, of Parsonsburg, Md., Sean Ward, of New Church, Donald Windsor III and his wife, Brenda, of Parksley, and David Windsor and his wife, Amber, of North Carolina; daughter, Jessica Fazekas and her husband, David, of Parksley; grandson, Douglas Ward and his wife, Brooke, of Parsonsburg, Md.; granddaughter, Nicole Windsor, of Texas; sister, Sheryl Lewis and her husband, Kenny, of Temperanceville; five nieces, Rebecca Warner, of Pocomoke City, Md., Emily Coll, of Temperanceville, and Ashley Kelly, Kaylen Kelly and April Kelly, all of Richmond, Va.; sister-in-law, Terri Kelly and her husband, Philip, of Parksley; father-in-law, Wayne Hart, of Parksley; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, with Pastor Freddie Ward officiating. Burial took place in the Downing Cemetery in Oak Hall.
