Mrs. Irene Lewis Harrison, 89, wife of the late Warner Edward Harri- son and a resident of Accomac, walked graciously into the arms of her Lord and Savior Thursday, May 30, 2019. Born Oct. 2, 1929, in Deep Creek, she was a daughter of the late Ira Lewis and Mary Murphy Lewis.

Mrs. Harrison was a graduate of Onancock High School and worked as a teller for SunTrust Bank for many years. She remained devoted to her faith throughout her life and was a loyal member of Leatherbury United Methodist Church, where she was a longtime Sunday School teacher. As the matriarch of the Harrison family, Mrs. Harrison led by example through her love for the Lord and dedication to her family, all of whom will forever cherish and celebrate her memory.

Survivors include her sister, Lucy Shea, of Onancock; brother, George Lewis and wife, Norma, of Exmore; grandchildren, Charlene H. Johnson and husband, R.J., of Accomac, Rob- ert Bradford and Molly, of Jonestown, Pa., and Steven Bradford and wife, Kate, of Tasley; daughter-in-law, Linda Bradford and husband, Larry, of Tasley; great-grandchildren, Chase, Chloe, Kristen, Reyanna, and Grayson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her son, Larry Edward Harrison.

Funeral services were conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home, Sunday, June 2, 2019, with the Rev. Roland Major and the Rev. Charles W. Parks III officiating. Interment in the Fairview Lawn Cemetery.
