Mr. Billy Ray McPherson Jr., of Cape Charles, entered eternal life on Friday, Jan. 18, 2019. He was born in Eastville on Oct. 9, 1955, to Billy Ray McPherson Sr. and Mable Frances Brady McPherson.
Billy Ray was preceded in death by his brother DeWayne McPherson.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Meghan Durrua and her husband Kyle; son Chris McPherson; granddaughters Charlotte and Lillian; and other family and friends.
