Mr. William Otis Lazenby, 85, husband of Mary Rose Lazenby and a resident of Atlantic, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at his home.

Born Nov. 16, 1932, in Shady Dale, Ga., and reared in Onancock, he was a son of the late Otis Persley Lazenby and Jessie Mae Mckenzie Lazenby.
