Mr. Vernon Leeroy Smith, 61, departed this life on July 4, 2018. A service will be held Saturday July 14, 2018, at Smith & Scott Funeral Home in Exmore at 2 p.m. with a viewing from noon until 2 p.m. All services are entrusted to Smith & Scott Funeral Home.
